Remember that bouquet I made a couple days ago with the wild blue and purple flowers? Im here to tell you a little more about them :) Im pretty sure wild flowers are my favorite. If anybody knows of any wildflower meadows, please point me in its direction. Im dying to find one.
Bluebells
Botanical Name: Hyacinthoides
Flower: Each stem produces 5-12 long, tubular violet-blue flowers with the end of the petal curved backed. Some have a very sweet scent.
Leaf: Long and linear, producing 3-6.
Meaning: Constancy
Honesty
Botanical Name: Lunaria annua
Flower: Violet to white flowers, with round petals in the spring, followed by a showy translucent disc that is the seed pod.
Leaf: Large and oval ending in a point and with serrated edges.
Meaning: Honesty
