Sunrise Bouquet

A couple weeks ago I woke up a little early and just felt the urge to make a bouquet. The sun was rising and creating the most gorgeous glow and the flowers I had on my porch were mostly creamy oranges and yellows and peaches. Everything fit perfectly. This bouquet is made of dahlias, roses, lisianthus, yarrow, scented geranium and love in a puff vine.

    How lovely! Dahlias are my absolute favorite late summer/autumn flower. The wedding I was in (and helped plan) last weekend used dark burgundy dahlias with Sunset roses, brick red ranunculus, hypericum berries and eucalyptus. It was stunning.
